Kensington Church Walk is located in one of London’s finest and most recognised areas. The assets had recently been purchased by a new Freeholder based oversees. The client’s requirements were that Nest oversee all aspects of asset, tenant, property and block management.

Ensuring maintenance and cyclical works be carried out to maintain the asset. 

With income generated by rent to be transferred to the client on a quarterly basis. There were no serious issues but there were complexities due to work proposed to a neighbouring site which required a Party Wall process. We were able to facilitate this promptly during handover and complete within the specified time frame. Since then, we have put in place cyclical plans for maintenance and rental reviews/increases.
