Meet Our
Management Team

Anand

Director

Anand will be the point of contact in regard to any potential opportunities at Nest Living.

He has built his career across the full property lifecycle – from development and acquisitions to stabilising and managing thriving BTR communities. With a strong background in leadership, strategy, and operations, he brings a balanced focus on both investor value and resident experience.

He plays a key role in shaping and delivering BTR strategies, guiding projects from site acquisition through planning, funding, and construction. Once operational, Anand oversees performance across BTR sites, keeping a close eye on occupancy, rent collection, and resident satisfaction. He is passionate about creating places people are proud to call home, introducing community events and well-being initiatives that strengthen engagement and retention.

Away from work, Anand is a dedicated family man and enjoys following Chelsea FC and keeping up with International cricket

Joe M

Director of Property

Joe’s career started as a broker in the City, but this did not provide enough customer interaction or job satisfaction opportunities so he identified property management as a role that would offer this and moved to the industry as a property manager.

Over the last 11 years, Joe has risen to become Head of Property Management, overseeing client relationships, guiding & mentoring the property managers, and making sure we deliver a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service to all our clients.










Ben

Snr. Residential Manager

Ben has a Double Honours in Business & Computing Systems, Single Honours
in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology, is MIRP with 20 years experience in the property industry. Ranging from acquisition, development, sales, management, asset management and growth management. 

He has a proven track record for development and growth for client assets.  He is very knowledgeable, driven and able to work across a variety of property portfolios to provide tailored solutions for each client and
asset.

Paul

Managing Partner

Paul has over 25 years of experience in the property industry.  He understands that managing a property can be stressful, time-consuming, and complex and he is passionate about solving property-related concerns.  

Paul provides senior-level oversight and leadership, working closely with the senior team to ensure the company’s continued growth and success.

Joe R

Divisional Head of Property Management.

With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Joe leads our Property Management team with deep expertise and strategic insight.
 
Joe has guided clients and teams through a wide range of complex challenges, from cladding remediation projects to tribunal proceedings, earning a strong reputation as a trusted, intelligent adviser. His leadership is grounded in both technical knowledge and a commitment to exceptional client service.
 
A firm advocate for resident engagement, Joe regularly hosts leaseholder meetings and on-site surgeries, ensuring open communication and fostering strong community relationships.
 
Joe’s professional achievements are underpinned by a history of academic excellence, including a degree from the University of Liverpool and a national award from the Institute of Residential Property Management for achieving the highest exam score in the country.

Max

Head of Property Management Operations

Max leads our property management operations, overseeing key areas including credit control, health and safety, inspections, and access management.

He began his career in construction in 2007 and has since gained extensive experience across estate agencies, asset management, and over a decade in building management.

Max has also successfully managed a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments and is regarded by clients as a trusted and insightful adviser. Known for his proactive approach, he addresses issues promptly and is committed to ensuring client satisfaction.

Dedicated to professional growth, Max stays up to date with industry trends and best practices, actively participating in development programs and networking events to further enhance his expertise.

As a leader Max believes in creative and collaborative problem solving valuing high energy and celebrating the individuality of all those who work around him. With a keen eye on their wellbeing and development. 
 
In his downtime Max Surfs, Climbs and is a committed Yogi of 15 years.

Liezl

Property Manager

Liezl is a highly experienced Property Manager with 14 years of expertise in both Retail and Residential Property Management.

She holds an Advanced Certification in Shopping Centre Leadership, specialising in facilities and general management for large commercial properties, as well as a Certification in Senior Bookkeeping. Liezl’s core competencies include property and facilities management, tenant relations, arrears recovery, and the coordination of maintenance and lettings. Known for her strong attention to detail and proactive approach, she consistently delivers results within timeframes and budgets, earning the trust and satisfaction of both clients and tenants.

Her dedication to excellence makes her an invaluable asset in managing and optimising property portfolios.

Mia

Operations Manager

Mia will initially serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and striving to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. 

With four years of experience in the property management industry and a legal degree, she has a solid foundation and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all parties remain well-informed and coordinated throughout the process.

Cristi

Lettings and Marketing Manager

Cristi will serve as the Lettings and Marketing Manager, focusing on building strong relationships with both landlords and residents while ensuring a smooth and welcoming lettings process.

With a BA in Communications and Psychology, along with marketing certifications UCT, she brings a strong academic foundation combined with hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client service. Her background in managing client portfolios, showrooms, and digital campaigns allows her to deliver professional, creative, and people-focused solutions that add real value to the lettings journey.

Jason

Business Development Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the property sector, Jason offers extensive expertise across various domains, including traditional lettings and estate agency, land acquisition, new homes, and negotiation.

This breadth of experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a unique perspective on market dynamics and estate management. His background includes substantial experience in land acquisition and transactions, allowing him to provide a holistic and integrated approach to property management.

Steve

Business Development Executive

Steve has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry managing for Developers, RMCs and Investors, helping with the transition of new developments to their customers. Understanding the importance of providing the service leaseholders and what clients expect. Now with a role in new business and business growth with Nest Living, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to estate management and property management services that are provided by Nest Living to the largest and smallest development.

Marnus

Key Client Manager

Marnus looks after our select key clients’ portfolios by preparing detailed client account reports and factsheets.

Marnus believes that regular reporting and communication ensure our key clients are up to date with their investments, and understands that each client has a different set of requirements. He ensures we remain a strategic partner in your investments.

Ken

Head of Maintenance

Ken brings extensive experience to his role, having previously worked as a building contractor. As Head of Maintenance, he oversees the day-to-day delivery of our maintenance services, managing both on-site contractors and the coordinators who handle their scheduling.
 
Through regular property inspections and a trusted network of skilled tradespeople across multiple disciplines, Ken and his team ensures that maintenance is carried out proactively and to a high standard. His structured, hands-on approach enables us to pre-empt and respond efficiently to the varied needs of the properties we manage.
 
Should you choose to engage Nest’s Maintenance team, Ken will personally oversee the service to ensure it meets our standards of care and professionalism.

Washeema

Accountant

Washeema plays a key role in ensuring the smooth financial management of our lettings portfolio. As our dedicated Lettings Accountant, she oversees all rent collections, landlord payments, deposit reconciliations, and client account reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
 
With a meticulous eye for detail and a strong grasp of lettings compliance, Washeema ensures that both landlords and tenants receive clear, timely communication and that all financial processes meet the highest standards of transparency.
